TOUR ITINERARY
Day 1: Air port Transfer to Kampala
Upon arrival, you will be met by our company representative who will brief you and transfer to Kampala for an overnight at holiday express hotel.
Day 2: Drive to Queen Elizabeth / Boat trip
Have breakfast to transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will drive to reach in the afternoon and have lunch at the lodge. Later go for a boat ride on the Kazinga channel that connects Lakes Edward and George. The park is known for its mammals and birds. The launch cruise will take you through the banks of the Kazinga channel which will reward you with animals like elephants, buffaloes, hippos and plenty of birds, both Migrants and residents. Dinner and overnight at Institute of Ecology.
Day 3: Game drive / Kyambura Gorge
After a glass of water or a cup of tea you will go for an early morning game drive through the Kasenyi tracks and Queens Miles. This will rewards you with a lot of game especially predators as they return to their hide outs. Expect game like elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, antelopes, warthogs, jackals and may more. Return to the lodge for late breakfast and then with packed lunch transfer to the Kyambura gorge to track chimps. The walk through the gorge will also reward you with other primates like the Colobus Monkeys, baboons, Red tailed monkeys and many more. Dinner and overnight as above
Day 4 Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi Island
After Early morning breakfast, depart for an early drive via the Ishasha region on the way you may have opportunities of sporting the tree climbing lions, hyenas and other wild species such as buffaloes, cobs, , elephants, can be spotted , drive direct to Bunyonyi overland resort for dinner and overnight.
Day 5 Nature Walk, Batwa Community Tour
After breakfast you may go for avillage walk or enjoy the entertainment of the pigmies known as the Batwa there’s an optional boat ride at island where you may visit the neighboring islands ,after lunch transfer to Bwindi dinner and over night Buhoma Community Banda
Day 6: Bwindi Gorilla Trekking
After a heavy early morning breakfast and short briefing from the guides then depart for the gorilla tracking experience. As you enjoy both an amazing and exciting experience of your life time, you may spot other interesting bird species as well as other nocturnal primates like the pottos and Gallagos return to the lodge for an over night.
Day 7 Depart for Kampala
After breakfast, depart for Kampala / airport for your flight.
